In 1997, we established a partnership with Coach U, a highly regarded coaching company in the United States, and began offering coaching services in Japan. Over the past 25 years, we have pioneered the coaching market in Japan. In particular, we have provided executive coaching to executives of Japanese global companies and helped develop numerous leaders throughout their organizations.

As a firm that focuses on coaching, we have always put an emphasis on the value of dialogue. We have found that despite their successes, even individuals with a wealth of experience can harbor unconscious assumptions. By challenging these assumptions through questioning, we coach individuals to break free from their fixed mindsets and increase their options in adapting to a changing environment.

In 2022, we were listed on the Standard Market of the Tokyo Stock Exchange. This was a major milestone for us, but we aim to continue our growth in developing leaders and organizations. At present, we primarily support Japanese companies based around the world, but in the future we intend to expand our services to non-Japanese companies as well, and become a truly global coaching firm.
